Do you accept returns?

We deliver exclusively in Switzerland.

How long does delivery take?
The product is shipped by our external partner. The delivery time can take up to 10 working days.
Please note that the delivery times are affected by the high season, e.g. B. Christmas or other public holidays, may be affected, which may result in a slight delay during this time.
I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has already passed. What can I do?
